Returns must be shipped and postmarked within 7 days upon receipt of item(s). It's important that you contact us as soon as possible for any problems. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We welcome and are willing to make any issues or problems right. Please contact us BEFORE before sending your incorrect, damaged or defective items. In most cases prepaid self-addressed envelopes will be provided. Please note that return shipping fees are not refunded.
For non-defective returns, the unused, item(s) must have all parts and be securely shipped and returned in original condition.
Returns will be refunded the price of the returned item(s) with a gift certificate to purchase a replacement.
